10. Carbon offsets acquired for the Climate Action Program are carbon offsets generated from Australian and international projects that are ‘Eligible Offset Units’ as defined under the Climate Active Carbon Neutral Certification Product and Services Standard. To the extent permitted by law, Virgin Australia is not liable to you or anyone for any inaccuracies in the information on our Website or if the information is not up-to-date. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability, including for representations made by Virgin Australia, where by law such liability cannot be excluded.
12. Virgin Australia reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Climate Action Program in its absolute discretion at any time, without giving notice to you. Any payments for carbon offsets purchased prior to Virgin Australia’s suspension or termination of the Climate Action Program will be honoured and will be directed towards carbon offsets in accordance with the Program. The Climate Action Program will be subject to any applicable legislative or other regulatory controls imposed by State and Federal Governments, whether existing now or at any time in the future.
