Virgin Australia check-in counters are located on the upper level, at the western end of the terminal.

Virgin Australia counters are manned 90 min before and 30 mins after flights.

Virgin Australia counters operate from:

Mon - Fri 5am-8pm,
Sat 5am-7pm 
Sun 6am - 8pm.

Staff are available to process bookings and changes during these times.

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall. Virgin Australia utilises carousel number two at the western end of the Arrivals Hall.

If Baggage Services is unattended, please process to the check-in counters located on the upper floor.
