Virgin Australia Business Flyer and DiDi Customer Bonus Offer Terms & Conditions
Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (“Business Members”) can earn 1,000 bonus Velocity Points with DiDi between 12.01am AEST 23 April 2024 and 11.59pm AEST 30 June 2024 (Promotion Period).
An individual connected to a Business Member who has an existing DiDi account or does not have an account with DiDi as at 23 April 2024, can earn 1,000 bonus Velocity Points for the Business Member they are connected with when they:
- download the DiDi App and create a DiDi account in their own name (if they don’t already have an account);
- select the “Velocity Points” option from the menu and then select Virgin Australia Business Flyer; and
- enter the Business Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership number (i.e. the Business Member’s Australian Business Number (“ABN”)).
The Business Member’s ABN as recorded on their Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership account must match the ABN registered to the relevant individual’s DiDi customer profile.
If the Business Member meets the eligibility requirements for this offer, the bonus Velocity Points will be allocated to the Business Member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership account within 31 days of the Business Member’s ABN being added to the individual’s DiDi customer profile.
The Bonus Points offer can only be earned once per Business Member.
Not valid with any other offer except the DiDi Trip Earn offer.
The Business Member can also earn 1 Point per $1 spent on the “Base Fare” for DiDi rides in conjunction with the Bonus Points offer. See the Trip Earn offer for more details. For the avoidance of doubt, an individual Velocity Frequent Flyer member cannot earn Points on a booking made while Virgin Australia Business Flyer is their selected Velocity Points earning loyalty program within their DiDi account.

4Discounted Lounge Membership: Discount is compared to the usual annual fee of $399. Discounted Virgin Australia Lounge Memberships are available for Key Contact, Account Administrators, Travel Bookers and Travellers. Subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions, and Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions. Virgin Australia Lounge entry is subject to space availability.
5Velocity Frequent Flyer Points Terms and Conditions: If the individual flying with Virgin Australia or a partner airline is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer Program member, they may also earn Velocity Frequent Flyer Program points in accordance with the relevant Velocity Frequent Flyer Program Terms.
6Points transfer: Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer VA Business Flyer Points to Velocity Frequent Flyer Program points, provided that (a) there is a limit of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) Points are only transferred to an individual who is a Velocity Frequent Flyer and is associated with the Member.
7A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of travel.
