For Instant Purchase groups 10 - 20 passengers who are ready to book and pay with passenger names they can contact the Groups Team for an Instant Purchase Booking option.

Special Service Request: We can arrange the appropriate assistance requirements for all members of your group, we request that you advise us, at the time of booking, about any guests travelling with Special Service requirements. Please refer to the Special Service Request information.

There are also some medical conditions that may restrict travel or require clearance from a medical practitioner before a person can fly with Virgin Australia.
