PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4
Virgin Australia accepts PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4 as payment methods.

PayPal Pay in 4 allows you to pay for eligible purchases valued between AU$30 and $2,000 in 4 interest-free instalments.
A payment fee of 0.99% will be charged when using PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4 as your form of payment.

PayID
PayID is a fee free, secure payment method. You can pay for your travel booking online (see https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/en/help/payment-options/payid/).

PayID is only accepted from Australian bank accounts for bookings in Australian dollars.

Zip
Virgin Australia has teamed up with Zip to give you the opportunity to book now and pay later. Zip is a fast way to pay for your booking with flexible repayments from as little as $10 a week with no upfront payment! A payment fee of 1.27% will be charged when using Zip as your form of payment.
How Zip works:
- Apply now, and get a decision in minutes
- Book you trip online or by phone (guest contact centre fees apply)
- Zip pays Virgin Australia on your behalf
- You pay Zip in weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments.

POLi (New Zealand only)
POLi is a fee free, secure payment method. You can pay for your flight and travel booking online using your internet banking. No payment fees apply when using POLi as your form of payment.
How it works:
Poli is only available from New Zealand personal bank accounts when making bookings where the outbound flight departs from New Zealand.
Paying with POLi:
- Select your internet banking provider and login
- Select your preferred bank account and confirm payment details
- When your payment is complete, log out of your internet banking
- Up and away! Your booking will be generated

Velocity Frequent Flyer points
Pay with Velocity points, or points and pay combination. Simply login to your Velocity account during the booking process to continue.
Payment fees only apply if you part-pay the booking with a debit or credit card.

Travel Bank
Pay with Travel Bank. Your Travel Bank username was sent to you via email. Simply login at the payment page to finalise your booking.
No payment fees apply.

Guest Contact Centre
Make and pay for your booking with the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre.
To speak with a Guest Centre Agent, the operating hours are as follows:
Monday to Sunday: 5am – 11pm AEST.
For any reservation enquiries, please use our reservations and general enquiries form.
A fee of AUD40 applies when you call the Guest Contact Centre to make, change, or cancel a booking. You may also incur a payment fee if you make a transaction with a form of payment that has a payment fee.
