Check-in counters operate 180 minutes before and 30 minutes after flight departure.

Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers for baggage collection points.

There is no special airport bus, however local buses are available. Sunset Express (Tel 720266 in Nadi, 322811 in Suva) has airconditioned buses running twice a day between Lautoka and Suva, with stops at Nadi Airport and Sigatoka.

These usually leave Nadi Airport daily at 9:45am and 3:45pm, with arrival in Suva at 1:15pm and 7:15pm. Many hotels and guesthouses also provide transport; however, this needs to be pre-arranged.

Toilets are located throughout the airport, disabled toilet facilities are also available.

Guests requiring assistance can be escorted to and from departure/arrival gates. Ask a team member for assistance.

Virgin Australia does not have a Lounge or hold agreements with any third-party Lounge operators in Nadi.
