Departure information
Virgin Australia operates from multiple terminals at Perth Airport. Flight departures by terminal are outlined below:
•T1 Domestic = VA0200 – VA2499, VA 9020–9049, VA 9100–9199 (excluding VA1900 – VA1999)
•T1 International = VA0050 – VA0199, VA1900 – VA1999
•T2 = VA2500 – VA 2999, VA9050 – VA9099, VA9200-9499
Please check your itinerary to ensure you arrive at the correct terminal for your flight.
T1 Domestic:
T1 Domestic is open for check in between the following periods -
Mon -Fri: 2 hours prior to departure
Sat - Sun: 90 minutes prior to the first departure
Virgin Australia team members will be available for assistance until the last flight departure of the day.
T1 International:
Virgin Australia International flights arrive/depart from Terminal 1 International including flights for Christmas Islands and Cocos Islands. Check-in commences 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Terminal 2:
Terminal 2 is open for check in between the following hours:
Mon 5:00am to 6:00pm
Tue 4:30am to 6:00pm
Wed 4:30am to 8pm
Thurs 5:00am to 6:00pm
Fri 5:00am to 6:00pm
Closed Sat and Sun

Arrival Information
Baggage carousels are located in the Arrivals Hall. Information monitors display flight carousel numbers for baggage collection points.
Baggage Services is located in the Arrivals Hall, Ground floor.
Transfer Between Terminals
Virgin Australia’s regional, domestic and international flights are located together at the T1/T2 airport precinct, all just a short walking distance apart.
The Virgin Australia lounge
T1 Domestic Lounge – located on Level 1, to the left-hand side just as you pass security screening. Opens daily from 60 minutes before first Virgin Australia flight departure until last Virgin Australia flight departure.
