The Promoter is Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd (ABN 36 090 670 965) of registered address 275 Grey St, South Brisbane QLD 4101. The Promotion commences at 7:00am AEDT on Friday 10 November 2023 and ends at 1:00pm AEST on Monday 2 September 2024 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 12 years and older who have a valid Velocity membership, except employees of the Promoter, Velocity employees, employees of agencies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families (Entrants). To enter the Promotion, Entrants must book a domestic flight with Virgin Australia in the name of the Entrant  then (a) navigate to the Promotion entry form on the Promotion landing page at https://competitions.virginaustralia.com/competition/big-afl-prize-draw; (b) enter their first name, last name, email address, a valid PNR booking reference number for an Eligible Flight, valid Velocity membership number matching the name on the entry, and select the AFL team they support into the Promotion entry form; and (c) to be eligible for the bonus prize, agree to provide proof of being a valid member of an AFL Club at the time of the Prize draw if the Entrant is a Winner; and then (d) select “yes” to the Promoter sharing the information in the Promotion entry form with the relevant AFL team, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Flight; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements. There will be three Winners selected at 1:00pm AEST on 11 September 2024. The Winners will be notified via phone call within 1 business day of the draw and in writing within 2 business days of the draw. There are up to four prizes to be won to be won (Prize). Prize 1: A 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final prize package for two (2) people, valued at up to $12,000. Prize package to include: 2 x 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final Cat 1 tickets; A pre match experience (on field walk) on the MCG for two people on Grand Final Day; 2 x Virgin Australia return Business Class flights to Melbourne from the Winner’s closest port serviced by Virgin Australia; One night’s accommodation at an Accor Hotel in Melbourne for two people; and 1 x $250 eftpos gift card. Prize 2: return Business Class flights with Virgin Australia for two (2) people anywhere on the Virgin Australia short haul international network, valued at up to $1,500. Prize 3: two Cat 1 tickets to the 2024 Toyota AFL Grand Final, valued at $1,000. Prize 4 (bonus prize): If a Winner provides proof (AFL membership number) that they are a current member of an AFL Club, the Winner will also be provided a signed team guernsey from any AFL team chosen by the Winner, valued at $1,500.  At the end of the Promotion Period, the Promoter will allocate 1 Million Velocity Points equally between all Entrants who have submitted a valid entry into the Promotion, valued at up to $30,000. The number of Velocity Points allocated to each Entrant will depend on the number of Entrants that participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period. No part Velocity Points will be awarded.  If the number of Velocity Points awarded is a decimal, the Velocity Points awarded will be rounded down to the next whole number. The total Prize value is AUD $46,000 (excluding GST). Prize/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
